1st (실현 가능) if + 현재 → will + V If sales increase, we will expand.

2nd (현재 반사실) if + 과거 → would + V If I were the CEO, I would change it.

3rd (과거 반사실) if + had p.p. → would have p.p. If we had invested, we would have profited.

✅ If I were the manager... ✅ If he were available... ❌ If I was the manager... (TOEIC에서 were)

과거 조건 → 현재 결과 if + had p.p. → would + V If I had studied finance, I would be a CFO now.

현재 조건 → 과거 결과 if + 과거 → would have p.p. If she were more experienced, she would have been promoted.

wish + 과거 = 현재 반대 I wish I had more time. (지금 시간이 없다)

wish + had p.p. = 과거 반대 I wish I had attended the seminar. (참석 못 했다)

as if + 과거 = 현재 반사실 He talks as if he were the boss.
